The Terre Bonne Park is a business park between Geneva and Lausanne comprised of ten buildings, two of which were entrusted to MVSA. The twin structures consist entirely of transparent glass façades, ensuring maximum light and wide open views of the surroundings.

The buildings are characterised by aluminium balustrades on the upper levels, which run the length of the lateral walls and flow out into long overhangs on the front and rear façades. Both buildings have easily accessible underground parking garages with 150+ places between them.

The complex satisfies strict Swiss sustainability standards (Minergie): triple glazing is used, solar boilers are fitted on the roof (which is also used for water storage), the balustrades reduce the percentage of exposed glass, and the large overhanging roof areas provide natural shading from the sun. On the north side the balustrade is extended in safety glass and planted areas.

The two buildings are characterised by special attention to the materials used and by the inclusion of a variety of functions. The offices have a flexible layout thanks to their central entrance core. The main restaurant for the business park is located in the basement of one of the buildings, next to a patio and a sunny terrace from which it is separated by a sliding glass wall.
