Nieuwbouw basisschool “OBS Nelson Mandela” te Rotterdam

Er wordt hard gewerkt aan de nieuwbouw van basisschool “OBS Nelson Mandela” in Rotterdam. Inmiddels worden de steigers per verdieping afgebroken, zodat de gevelkozijnen geplaatst kunnen worden. In het gebouw wordt er hard gewerkt aan de afbouw van de school. De metselaar is bezig met het metselen van de tuinmuren, zodat daarna het terrein ook ingericht kan gaan worden. De nieuwe school wordt gebouwd in stedelijk gebied op ontwikkellocatie ‘De Kuil’ aan de Laan op Zuid en Paul Krugerstraat en vervangt twee bestaande locaties van Stichting BOOR. In dit gebouw wordt tevens vroeg- en voorschoolse educatie voorzien. Het project wordt met een strakke logistieke planning op een beperkte bouwplaats met minimale overlast voor de omgeving gerealiseerd.
