Het pand KP van de Mandelelaan 20 vormt met het naastgelegen pand KP van de Mandelelaan 10 een twee-eenheid.

Voor beide gebouwen staan zelfstandige renovaties en verduurzaming op stapel.
In opdracht van Impact Vastgoed heeft 01-10 Architecten vormgegeven aan de revitalisatie van KP 20.
De revitalisatie omvat een volledig nieuw inbouwpakket en een grondige gevelrenovatie, waaronder ook de vernieuwing en vergroting van het entreegebied.

Het gebouw gelegen (Brainpark) aan de A16 richting de Brienenoordbrug, wordt hierdoor is zijn geheel verduurzaamd. Tevens heeft de opdrachtgever gekozen om de kozijnen en de gevels te laten anodiseren in een prachtige bronzen kleur.
