Herontwikkeling van twee grachtenpanden in historisch Delfshaven tot een multifunctioneel en toekomstbestendig complex.

Opdrachtgever Erwin kocht de twee verwaarloosde panden van een woningcorporatie als investering, maar ook om er zelf te gaan wonen. P·A onderzocht verschillende scenario’s en kwam uit op een mix van flexibele bedrijfsruimte op de begane grond, twee appartementen voor de verhuur op de 1e verdieping en daarboven een luxe penthouse met dakterras voor eigen bewoning.

Door de nieuwe, verdiepingshoge glaspuien van de bedrijfsruimte aan de achterzijde enkele meters terug te leggen, krijgt de bedrijfsruimte voldoende daglicht en ontstaat een aangename buitenruimte.

De bedrijfsruimte is zo ontworpen dat deze eenvoudig opgedeeld kan worden in kleinere, verhuurbare kantooreenheden, bijvoorbeeld in flexplekken of kantoorruimten voor starters.
