We recognise the creative hand of Studio Mariska Jagt in the light, timeless and clean design. The exteriors of the four luxurious new-build properties have been designed to offer the desired privacy while ensuring that the residents enjoy an optimal connection with the surroundings and allowing ample natural light to flood the homes. The colour palette and high-quality materials ensure an evocative and arresting whole.

The interior
The abundance of light that filters in, the soothing use of lines and the refined colour palette create a unified atmosphere. The open character of the floor plan reinforces that pleasant feeling. Studio Mariska has customised the interior to give it an even more exclusive and distinctive touch. Naturally, the design studio chooses natural, high-quality materials, and perfection in the finishing is also paramount.
