Consistent facade design

SITIS is a modern, strategically locatedfour-storey business centre with ample parkingfacilities and a well-developed infrastructure.It is characterised by its perfectly visible andperceptible contemporary architecture. Thefirst floor of the business centre is the commercialand service zone, where a restaurantand shops are located; the other floors providespace for office accommodation.This project’s planning approach was indeedspecial. It prompted the idea of using ALUCOBOND^® Facademaker to supportfaçade design. It is a tool which allows youto adapt the shape and colour of façadeelements with ease, and to create fantasticfaçade design patterns and grid systems withjust a few mouse-clicks. The ALUCOBOND^® Facademaker then generates the correspondingBIM and DWG files. Further planningusing CAD is then quite simple. ALUCOBOND^® terra Pyrite with its mellowshimmer and impression of visual depth wasselected as the surface, adding another interestingaspect to the façade design.
