Niesen
Niesen is a metallised textile designed by colour-master Alfredo Häberli, which has an intricate woven structure and a particularly pure, sophisticated character.

Silvretta
Silvretta is a metallised textile designed by Louise Sigvardt characterised by a sophisticated plain-woven construction and intriguing colour depth. It offers clear views of the outside and provides a high level of control over glare.

Why metallised
Our metallised textiles are coated with a nanolayer of non-transparent aluminium. This property enables them to reflect up to 80% of solar radiation and prevent diffuse light transmission – while their weave characteristics remain intact. Consequently, they are highly effective at preventing heat and glare issues yet still provide access to views.

Metallised textiles create visual and thermal comfort, reducing the need for heating and cooling. Independently verified as an equivalent alternative to outdoor solar shading, in summer they reflect sunlight before it turns to heat. In winter, their aluminium coating acts as an insulator to limit heat loss and keep the cold out.
