''LICHT, LIJN EN LANDSCHAP''
Een villa op het ritme van de horizon
Gelegen op een verhoogd perceel in Seru Boca, is Miami House ontworpen om optimaal te profiteren van het uitzicht en het Caribische licht. Het horizontale volume rust licht op het landschap en opent zich volledig naar de omgeving. Grote overstekken zorgen voor schaduw en comfort, terwijl ze het uitzicht omlijsten als een architectonisch kader.
Architectuur in balans met het klimaat
Het ontwerp is gestoeld op eenvoud en helderheid. Heldere lijnen, open plattegronden en natuurlijke ventilatie maken de villa niet alleen esthetisch krachtig, maar ook functioneel afgestemd op het tropisch klimaat. De overgang tussen binnen en buiten vervaagt dankzij schuifpuien, doorlopende vloeren en een centrale patio die lucht en licht diep de woning in trekt.
Een ingetogen gebaar met groot effect
Miami House is een ingetogen, maar expressief woonhuis waarin het uitzicht de hoofdrol speelt. De compositie van lijnen, materialen en volumes creëert een gevoel van rust, ruimte en vrijheid, een architectonisch antwoord op de vraag hoe je luxe kunt beleven in eenvoud.
