"GEÏNSPIREERD DOOR CONTRAST EN VORM"
Architectuur als verfijnde sculptuur
Dubai Hills Villa is gesitueerd in een groene oase in het hart van Dubai. De villa is ontworpen als een sculpturaal geheel van horizontale lijnen en krachtige volumes, die in lagen over elkaar schuiven. De architectuur is helder en ingetogen, maar met een uitgesproken karakter, een spel van ritme, contrast en precisie.
Diepe overstekken en zorgvuldig geplaatste verticale lamellen creëren een wisselend patroon van licht en schaduw, waardoor het gebouw voortdurend in dialoog is met de zon. De entree wordt versterkt door een ingetogen ritmiek van kolommen en panelen, terwijl grote glasvlakken de woning openstellen naar patio’s, tuinen en zichtlijnen.
Materialiteit in balans
Het materialenpalet bestaat uit wit stucwerk, in-situ beton, zwarte verticale latten en grote glaspartijen. Deze combinatie zorgt voor een krachtige maar warme uitstraling, waarbij het ruwe beton contrasteert met het gladde pleisterwerk en het glas zorgt voor lucht en verbinding. Binnenin heerst rust: zachte grijstinten, natuursteen, en verfijnd maatwerk maken de ruimtes sereen en functioneel.
Binnen en buiten in harmonie
Elke ruimte is ontworpen met een focus op zicht, lichtinval en doorstroming. Buitenruimtes zoals de patio, het zwembad en de zonken lounge zijn onlosmakelijk verbonden met het interieur. Hierdoor ontstaat een ruimtelijke continuïteit die past bij het woongenot in warme klimaten. Dubai Hills Villa is geen woning die zich opdringt, maar één die in alle stilte indruk maakt.
