Join our Rotterdam studio and contribute to the design of ambitious, large-scale residential and mixed-use urban projects. At Maccreanor Lavington, you’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where design, sustainability, and innovation are central to our ethos.

Our spacious offices are located in the lively ZOHO quarter, 5 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station and the city centre.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate on large-scale residential and mixed-use urban projects, with a focus on early design stages of UK based projects
Develop and produce design drawings, models, and supporting documentation.
Take a leading role coordinating design teams and external consultants.
Manage the work of other members of your team.
Take ownership of specific areas of the design.
Work in a Revit-based environment to create high-quality project outputs.
Contribute to the delivery of sustainable, innovative designs.

What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in Revit and other design tools such as Adobe Suite.
At least 5 years post-qualification experience working on large-scale, urban residential and mixed-use projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
Experience in later / detailed design stage architectural design work is beneficial.
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Registered Architect with the right to work in the Netherlands.
