What do you want to do?

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and produce high-quality materials, including proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages, to support our business development efforts. In this role, you will conduct tender surveying, track leads, and perform research to inform Go/No-Go decisions. You will organize RFQ/P kick-off meetings, set review schedules, and ensure timely contributions from both internal and external team members. You will take the lead in drafting and refining proposal content in collaboration with Partners and other departments in the company, ensuring responsiveness to client briefs. Additionally, you will coordinate input from external consultants and manage their involvement in proposals. What do you bring? Holds a higher education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in architecture, urban planning, or a related field, with a strong connection to the built environment

Has experience in the built environment sector, ideally with international competitions.
Demonstrates native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, and excels in clear and effective communication.
Shows exceptional attention to detail, a talent for language, and a passion for writing and research.
Is entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of graphic design.
Is skilled in MS Office and Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign.What do we offer?
