Een mooie uitdaging; zware brandwerende glaswanden plaatsen in een drijvend  kantoor. De gewichtsverdeling binnen het pand was voor de ontwerpers een grote uitdaging omdat het kantoor uiteindelijk waterpas moest komen te liggen.  Mede door de hoogwaardige technische tekenafdeling van QbiQ was het mogelijk om vooraf het gewicht van deze brandwerende puien exact uit te rekenen waarna de architect verder kon met balanceren van de massa.

Dirk Jan Schaap van de RED Company over de systeemwanden van QbiQ: "De stalen en aluminium binnenpuien zijn perfect ingepast in de houten draagconstructie en het interieur van het FOR. We zijn heel blij met het resultaat."
