Are you the experienced Senior Residential Construction Advisor who will take our team and our projects to the next level? As a Residential Construction Advisor, you'll join a close-knit team focused on real estate sustainability, quality, and talent development! What do you want to do?
You'll be designing technical systems and providing advice for various renovation and new construction projects. You'll work independently on projects from start to finish, with projects ranging in size from up to 150 homes. For larger projects, you'll collaborate with other consultants and project managers. Your duties include designing and verifying technical systems, preparing various calculations, assessing sustainability measures, and consulting with utility companies, for example. You'll participate in various meetings and provide the necessary consultancy services for your clients. You'll primarily work in the office, but you'll also be involved in outdoor activities.

Who are we looking for?
For this position, we're looking for a consultant with several years of experience in residential construction. We're looking for a driven individual who's eager to take on a challenge and join our team. What makes you successful in this role ?

WO/HBO thinking ability and with a relevant, completed education;
Knowledge of various technical installation disciplines;
Experience as an advisor in residential construction (5-10 years);
Ambition to develop further within your field;
Affinity for real estate sustainability;
Good communication skills;
A feeling for and knowledge of construction (an advantage);
The desire to learn something new every day;
In possession of a driving license B.
