About the Role
As a Junior Architect at ADS74, you will be an integral part of our design team from day one. Working closely with senior architects and interdisciplinary professionals, you’ll engage in all phases of the design process, contributing to projects that span various scales and typologies. We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our Rotterdam office — starting immediately.

What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
Design Skills: Strong design sensibility with excellent graphic and visualization abilities.
Technical Proficiency & Software Skills: Experience with 3D modeling (Rhino, Revit), rendering (V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape), and 2D drafting (AutoCAD, Revit), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Communication: Fluency in spoken and written English; excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and eager to take on challenges in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Design Development: Contribute to the development of design concepts and detailed architectural solutions.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.
Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate with consultants and engineers.
Innovation: Engage in research and development to support sustainable and innovative design practices.

3D Modeling: Rhino, Revit
