As an intern at -C-A-S-, you’ll work in a compact, motivated and collaborative team on design and research projects in diverse stages. You will be involved in the full range of our work and will have our support in growing your skillset and gaining experience in different aspects of the profession.

about our work -
In our Rotterdam based office, we work on design and research in the fields of architecture, urban planning and public space design. We often work in peripheral spaces of cities and territories. Operating in office parks, industrial zones and post-65 suburbs, border regions and energy landscapes. Tackling projects that require an investigative mindset, collaborative attitude and openness to diverse methodologies. Through our work we strive to make more equitable and durable futures imaginable and tangible.

- Internship position starting January / February 2026
- minimum 5 months
- 32-hour workweek (days in consultation)
- Monthly stipend
- Collaborative, open work environment where your contribution is valued
- Spacious and dynamic workplace in central Rotterdam
- Collaborative, inquisitive and analytical mindset
- Strong design, modelmaking and visualization skills
- Experience with Rhino, Adobe Suite and Enscape required
- Archicad a plus
- professional proficiency in English required
- Dutch or German a strong plus
- Enrolled in an educational program or Erasmus+ throughout the internship
