Vacancy: Junior Architect / Architectural Draftsman (Revit Required)

Zondervan Architectuur is looking for a sharp, accurate and motivated Junior Architect or Architectural Draftsman to support our work on renovation projects, building transformations and property-splitting permit applications.

Revit proficiency is a strict requirement for this role.
You will work directly 1-on-1 with the owner, Leon Zondervan, and will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and documentation for permit submissions. If desired, design tasks can also be part of your responsibilities.

What we are looking for

Excellent Revit skills (hard requirement)
Strong English communication skills (Dutch is a plus but not required)
Availability on short notice — preferably able to start immediately
Highly accurate, detail-oriented and precise in work
HBO-level degree in Architecture / Building Engineering (minimum)
Ability to work fully remote

Full-time, or 4 days if prefered
Residency in the Netherlands in or around the randstad is neccessary (for site visits)
