Senior Interior Architect

The Senior Interior Architect is responsible for making creative interior projects within the distinctive TANK-signature. Infused by the creative directors of TANK, you design various interior projects and you are able to deliver unique, complete interior designs, while keeping a good overview from start to finish.
TASKS

Developing strong interior concepts (i.c.w. the creative directors of TANK)
Working on all phases of the design process from concept design to design intent and execution phase
Managing your own projects within time & budget
Making sure deadlines are met
Taking part in presentations of key projects
Giving mentorship, direction and leadership to possible junior/medior team members
Developing and fostering a positive working relationship with clients, the TANK team, suppliers and external advisors
Proactively working on improving (the creation of) deliverables
Working according to TANK standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Excellent VectorWorks 2D and Sketch-up skills (on a Mac)
Apprehension of all phases of the design process, from concept development to execution and client contact
A creative mind combined with project management skills/experience to guarantee a good workflow
Used to juggling multiple projects simultaneously
You understand a great design requires great planning
Up-to-date professional knowledge
A teamplayer who is able to work independently
Professional proficiency in English
Knowledge of the Dutch language is a pré
HBO or comparable education
Great and constructive communicator with a representative and responsible personality
Problem solver
Strong conceptual thinker that sees the bigger picture yet realises that the devil is in the details
You understand the importance of a convincing story and presentation and know how to be persuasive towards clients and officials
Readily available for a full-time position
