OASIS OF CALMNESS WITH LICENCE TO PARTY

The L³ (reads: cubic) - LUXHAUS Lifestyle Loft - is charged with emotion. Its name is a reflection of the cubic forms, the floor plan and the modern and timeless architecture of the hybrid bungalow cum loft. Pioneering qualities are seen in the skilful break with the norm: the upper floor is a gallery leading
out onto a roof terrace. Seen from the exterior, the impressive architecture features two ingeniously entwined cuboids, perpetuated in the spatial colonnades which all but fade away into nothing. The sculptural nature of the building makes the contrast with the house’s functional interior particularly unexpected. The cuboid building’s façade used to be plastered in red and white, but was given a facelift with large format ALUCOBOND®panels in Sparkling Red and Spectra White Silver in 2013. Large windows and sliding elements exert great influence on the spatial ambiance by integrating the exterior environment into the architecture. The large granite-tiled roof-terrace is a great venue for lively parties or for relaxing on a lounger and gazing up at the stars. A way, lined with pillars, runs alongside
the house parallel to the main visual axis, creating an almost meditative arcade and an oasis of tranquillity. The panorama window is not only eye-catching from the exterior; from the interior it also acts as a frame around the external world. The studio-tower room opens onto a spacious roof terrace and adds a special note of sophistication to the architecture.
