XPAN Cladding geëxtrudeerde aluminium gevelprofielen

Gevelbekleding in eigen ontworpen profileringen
XPAN Cladding geëxtrudeerde aluminium gevelprofielen worden geproduceerd in een range van verschillende standaard profielen of naar een geheel eigen ontwerp van de opdrachtgever of architect waarbij er zeer veel profileringen mogelijk zijn met een maximale breedte van 300 mm.

Door combinaties van belijningen toe te passen kan een speels gevelvlak ontstaan zonder dat daarvoor extra constructie of materialen benodigd zijn. XPAN Cladding is een gevelsysteem met onzichtbare bevestiging voor een strakke en vlakke gevel. De bevestigingsmethode is voor alle profielen hetzelfde. Het profiel wordt met een voor dit product speciaal ontworpen V-Lock bevestigingsclip op een willekeurige achterconstructie bevestigd. Het bovenliggende profiel kan vrijuit door de clip worden ingeklemd. Deze bevestigingsmethode vangt uitzetting en inkrimping op van de profielen bij grote temperatuur verschillen. XPAN Cladding aluminium extrusie profielen kunnen in vrijwel iedere gewenste profilering worden geproduceerd. Hierdoor is er een grote mate van creatieve vrijheid in het ontwerp van de gevel mogelijk waarbij meerdere profileringen eenvoudig kunnen worden uitgewisseld en er geheel naar eigen inzicht kan worden ontworpen.    

XPAN Cladding aluminium extrusie profielen worden geleverd in alle maakbare poedercoat kleuren, sublimeringen en anodiseringen.

Naast de XPAN Cladding range is er ook een lichtgewicht Ondalook aluminium exctrusie profiel beschikbaar in meerdere golf profileringen die ook gecombineerd kunnen worden toegepast in de gevel door middel van een blinde bevestiging waarbij de daktrim en lekdorpel zijn geintegreerd in de profilering.

XPAN Baquette is ook toe te passen als permanente zonwering of als decoratie gevel.
