The office of BurtonHamfelt is an architecture and urban design practice rooted in the believe that a new synergy between architecture, urban design and landscape has the power to transcend the quality and experience of the everyday built environment. Using this new design synergy as a combined medium, all our projects aim to enhance the particularities of a site to produce and elegant and transformational experience even in the most challenging of locations. We are convinced that these types of projects can have large scale impact through new solutions; what we call urban architecture.

BurtonHamfelt currently is looking for,

TRAINEES / INTERNS (4-5d/wk)

To help develop design based projects in the fields of high density housing, education school building and 3d urban information modelling.

Profile

Looking for people who are currently following training and have just completed their training who are investigative, experimental, curious and highly talented ambitious students in architecture.

You have strong design skills, interest in model making and good knowledge of preferably Rhino and Revit software with competency in SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign and rendering programs.

The intern/traineeship minimum six consecutive months and is embedded in your curriculum or supported by your university or as a basis for gaining more post graduate training. You already possess a permit or visa that allows you to work or do an internship in The Netherlands and are available to start at a short notice.
