Contrast at the French Riviera
The condominium 87 Soligny is situated in the heart of one of the most luxurious locations on the French Riviera: the “Californie quarter” in Cannes. This residence features two buildings and comprises only nine apartments. The rooftop pool and each apartment offer sea views over the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
The design is based on contemporary architecture. The interplay of black and white is incorporated into the park surrounding the historic Chateau Soligny. The contrasting colours of the ALUCOBOND^®cladding define the different apartments, whereas the striking lines of the structure act as a unifying element for the complex.
Soligny 87 offers every comfort and convenience including numerous services such as a permanent security service, concierge, electronic entry badges, disabled access and spa facilities.
